ESP KH-202
The ESP KH-202 is a lower-priced version of Kirk Hammett's signature guitar, sold within the ESP range at a point where the specification is trimmed to keep the cost down. It carries the same superstrat shape and the visual features associated with the KH models, the inlays and the graphic finishes, and normally a pair of humbucking pickups with a locking vibrato bridge. Introduced so that players who could not afford the Japanese-built versions could buy the same outline and feel, it is part of the pattern of artist models being offered at several price levels.
