ESP M-II

The ESP M-II is the flagship superstrat shape in ESP's own Japanese range. It is a double-cutaway solid body with an aggressively contoured outline, a deep lower horn and a flat or slightly arched top, normally built with a bolt-on or neck-through neck, a pair of humbucking pickups and a locking vibrato bridge, and it is offered in Deluxe and custom forms with graphic finishes and better woods. It grew out of the instruments ESP built for rock players in the 1980s and remains one of the core designs the company is known for.
