ESP SV
The ESP SV is a V-shaped electric guitar produced by ESP Guitars. Where the company's best known designs are superstrats and single-cuts, the SV takes the classic arrow outline and renders it in ESP's angular, aggressive style, with a solid body, a pair of humbucking pickups and a tune-o-matic style or locking vibrato bridge, and it is offered in ESP's Japanese range and in the LTD line under related model names. V-shaped guitars of this kind are used for hard rock and metal, where the look and the upper-fret access matter as much as the tone.
