Fender Dave Murray Signature Stratocaster
The Fender Dave Murray Signature Stratocaster is the model built for the guitarist of the English heavy metal band Iron Maiden. It follows his own instruments closely: a Stratocaster body with a humbucking pickup at the bridge and two single coils, a locking vibrato bridge for the whammy-bar work in Maiden's songs, a single volume and tone control, and a maple fretboard on a neck shaped to his preference. Fender has offered the guitar in signature and tribute forms, and it is set up for a bright, cutting tone in a two-guitar metal band.
