Jackson Y2KV
The Jackson Y2KV is the signature V-shaped electric guitar built for Dave Mustaine, the guitarist and singer of the American band Megadeth. It takes the brand's pointed V outline and gives it the specification he requires, with a slim neck, high-output pickups and a locking vibrato or fixed bridge depending on the version, finished in dark colours with the graphic details he favours. Jackson has produced more than one instrument in his name, and the Y2KV is one of the shapes he is associated with from the period before he moved to another manufacturer.
