LTD Standard Series
The LTD Standard Series is the part of ESP's imported range that sits above the cheapest instruments and below the artist and deluxe models. Guitars in the series are built in the Far East to specifications worked out by ESP, using the shapes of the company's Japanese designs, with bolt-on or set necks, humbucking or active pickups and hardware chosen to balance cost against reliability, and they are offered in the branded and numbered versions that make up most of the range. Instruments of this kind are sold in large numbers and form the bulk of ESP's output by volume.
