Peavey ValveKing
The Peavey ValveKing is a valve guitar amplifier introduced in the 2000s. It is offered as a head and as a combo with one or two twelve-inch speakers, with two channels covering clean and heavily overdriven sounds, each with its own tone section, and a master volume arrangement allowing the distortion to be produced at any level, along with reverb. A control that adjusts the amplifier's response gives a choice between a tighter and a looser feel. Instruments of this kind are built for hard rock and metal players who want a valve amplifier with a wide gain range at a reasonable price.
