Roland Juno
The Roland Juno is the family of analogue polyphonic synthesizers the company introduced at the beginning of the 1980s, beginning with the Juno-6 and followed by the Juno-60 and the Juno-106. The instruments generate their sounds with digitally controlled analogue oscillators and a single filter section per voice, and they offer a set of preset sounds alongside the ability to store the player's own, which made them straightforward to use and relatively inexpensive for their period. Their warm, distinctive tone and the chorus effect they include have made them among the most valued analogue polysynths, and the name has since been used on later digital instruments.
