Vintage Noiseless
Vintage Noiseless is a line of electric guitar pickups made by Fender, designed to reduce the hum that ordinary single-coil pickups pick up while keeping the response, brightness and clarity associated with the company's traditional designs. They achieve this by stacking two coils in a single casing, an arrangement that cancels interference without the change in tone that a conventional humbucker brings, and they are fitted to many of Fender's modern instruments and sold separately as replacements. Instruments of this kind are used by players who want single-coil sound in rooms and on stages where electrical noise is a problem.
