ESP LTD M-1000
The ESP LTD M-1000 is the top of the M series in the LTD range, the imported line through which ESP sells most of its instruments. The M shape is a pointed, contoured superstrat, and the M-1000 is built to a specification close to ESP's Japanese models, with a neck-through or set-neck construction, active or high-output humbucking pickups, a locking vibrato bridge and a flamed or quilted maple top on many versions. It is aimed at players who want the shape and hardware of the more expensive guitars without paying for Japanese or American custom-shop labour.
