ESP Michael Wilton
The ESP Michael Wilton signature guitar was built for the guitarist of the American progressive metal band Queensryche. It follows ESP's superstrat architecture, with a contoured body, a thin neck, humbucking pickups and a locking vibrato bridge, decorated with graphic finishes of the kind Wilton uses on stage. ESP produced the model in its Japanese range during the period when the company was establishing itself with metal players, and the guitar is typical of the graphic-finished artist superstrats that made the brand so visible in that scene.
