ESP Truckster
The ESP Truckster is a James Hetfield signature model, one of the instruments ESP has built for the Metallica guitarist and singer. It is based on the Eclipse single-cutaway shape, with a heavy body, two humbucking pickups, a single volume and tone control and a battered, matt-finished appearance that reproduces the worn look of Hetfield's own touring guitars. Hetfield's ESP models are numbered and named after his personal instruments, and each reproduces a particular guitar's specification, graphic finish and extent of relicing rather than being a general catalogue design.
