Fender Cyclone II
The Fender Cyclone II is a later version of the Cyclone, an electric guitar Fender introduced in the 1990s and based on the compact offset body of the Mustang. The Cyclone II, built in the 2000s, keeps the short scale and the offset outline but uses a different pickup and bridge arrangement from the original, with three pickups and a synchronised tremolo, which gives it a wider spread of tones than the earlier model. The Cyclone family was intended to offer Fender's classic shapes in a compact, inexpensive instrument, and both versions have a following among offset-guitar players.
