Fender Showman
The Fender Showman is a valve amplifier head Fender produced from the early 1960s, intended for the kind of volume that a large hall or a touring band required. It was sold as a head to drive one or more separate cabinets, and its circuit, in successive versions, provided two channels, a valve preamp and output section and in later forms reverb and tremolo and a considerably higher output. It is a loud, clean amplifier of the period, and its head-and-cabinet format made it convenient for players who needed to carry a big sound but not a heavy combo.
