Ibanez K5
The Ibanez K5 is the signature five-string bass guitar built for Reginald Arvizu, known as Fieldy, the bassist of the American band Korn. It is a solid-body instrument with a slim neck and active electronics, and it is played with a distinctive percussive, slap-and-pop technique in which the strings are struck against the fretboard to produce a clicking attack, a sound that requires a low action and a strong, even pickup response. The model was produced in several versions and remains one of the better known signature basses in the company's range.
