James Burton Telecaster
The Fender James Burton Telecaster is the signature model built for the American guitarist James Burton, known for his work with Ricky Nelson and Elvis Presley and as one of the defining players of country and rockabilly guitar. It takes the Telecaster platform and adds the features he uses: a set of three pickups with an unusual switching arrangement that offers a wide range of combinations, a bound and figured body on some versions, a slim neck and a distinctive paisley or flame finish. It is offered in standard and Custom Shop forms.
