Rocky
Rocky is the name of a Fender Stratocaster that belonged to George Harrison. It is a guitar of the early 1960s which Harrison decorated himself with a psychedelic scheme of bright colours, painted over the original finish in a day-glo pattern, which makes it one of the more distinctive instruments owned by a member of the Beatles. It was used during the middle of the decade and afterwards, and it is documented in photographs and in accounts of the band's equipment. It is valued both for its sound and for the hand-painted decoration that makes it instantly recognisable.
