Roland GW-8

The Roland GW-8 is an arranger keyboard from the company's range of instruments that supply a complete accompaniment as well as the player's own part. It contains a large set of sounds, automatic accompaniments covering many musical styles, and facilities for recording and playback, with a display for selecting them, and it is built to be carried and used by solo performers. Instruments of this kind enable one player to provide a whole arrangement, and the GW-8 was positioned in the middle of the range, between the simplest home keyboards and the company's professional arrangers.
