Roland Jazz Chorus
The Roland Jazz Chorus is the family of guitar amplifiers the company has produced since the middle of the 1970s, of which the best known member is the two-speaker model with a built-in stereo chorus effect. Instruments in the range are solid-state, built for a loud and uncoloured clean tone rather than valve distortion, and they carry two channels, spring reverb and the chorus that gives the line its name, which spreads a modulated version of the signal between the speakers for a wide, shimmering sound. The design has been produced in several sizes and remains in the catalogue.
