Tone-Lok
Tone-Lok is a line of guitar effects pedals introduced by Ibanez in 1999. The instruments in the line cover distortion, overdrive, delay, chorus, flanging and other effects, and they are set apart by their controls: instead of ordinary knobs that can be moved by a stray foot, each parameter is adjusted by pressing the control down to unlock it and then turning it, so that settings stay where the player left them in the middle of a performance. The series was discontinued after some years, and the pedals are remembered for that practical arrangement and for their distinctive appearance.
