Yamaha M7CL
The Yamaha M7CL is a digital mixing console introduced in the middle of the 2000s, produced in versions with a number of input channels suited to touring and installation work. It provides digitally controlled gain, equalisation, dynamics and effects on every channel, with motorised faders, a touch screen for editing and the ability to store and recall complete settings, and it can be linked with other units and controlled remotely. Consoles of this kind replaced large analogue desks for live sound in that period, offering more facilities in less space.
