Yamaha NS-2000
The Yamaha NS-2000 is a high-fidelity domestic loudspeaker, one of the top models in the company's NS series. It is a large, heavy cabinet using a beryllium dome for the high frequencies, a technology the company developed and used to reduce distortion, together with carefully braced construction and a crossover designed to keep the drivers working evenly, and it was made in a period when the company's speaker research was producing some of the most advanced domestic designs available. Instruments of this kind are collected by enthusiasts of high-fidelity sound.
