Yamaha QS300
The Yamaha QS300 is a synthesizer produced at the end of the 1990s. It generates its sounds from sampled waveforms with digital filters and envelopes, and it is built around a keyboard with a display and a set of controls for editing, accompanied by a large library of preset sounds including instruments, percussion kits and effects, and a sequencer for recording and arranging. Instruments of this kind were used in the popular and electronic music of the period as a single keyboard able to cover composition and performance.
