bridge

Evertune bridge

A bridge built to hold tuning under hard playing, introduced in 2009 and common on modern metal guitars and in session work.

Why it matters

The point of an Evertune is that the string stays in tune however hard it is picked, which is why it appears on modern metal guitars and in studios.

Note

The never-goes-out-of-tune bridge of modern metal (and session world).
