Boss DC-3
The Boss DC-3 Digital Dimension is a compact digital chorus from the 1990s that carried on the Dimension name after the analogue DC-2 was discontinued. Being digital, it could offer more modes and a wider range of modulation than the older preset-only unit, while keeping the spacious, shimmering character that makes the Dimension sound so useful on clean guitar. It has since been superseded in the Boss line-up by the Dimension C reissues built around the same idea. It is a pedalboard tool for thickening clean chords and arpeggios without swamping the dry signal.
