ESP Eclipse
The ESP Eclipse is ESP's single-cutaway solid-body electric guitar and one of the company's best known models. It draws on the familiar American set-neck single-cut silhouette but reworks it with a slimmer body, a deeper cutaway at the neck joint for easier access to high frets, and sharper contouring. Typical builds pair a mahogany body with a maple top and two humbucking pickups, with the ESP flag inlay on the headstock in many versions. It has been widely used in hard rock and metal, and the design is also sold in the lower-priced LTD range in numerous trim levels.
