Fender LTD 60th Anniversary Presidential Select Stratocaster
The Fender LTD 60th Anniversary Presidential Select Stratocaster is a limited edition built by Fender's Custom Shop to mark sixty years of the Stratocaster, a milestone reached in 2014. Instruments in such anniversary runs are made in small numbers from selected woods with hand-finished necks, period-correct or specially wound pickups and elaborately finished bodies, and they are numbered and documented as collector pieces. This particular edition was offered by a particular retailer, which accounts for the Presidential Select name in the model designation.
