Gibson ES-330
The Gibson ES-330 is a thinline hollow-body electric guitar introduced in 1959. It is fully hollow, without the solid centre block of the semi-hollow instruments, and carries two P-90 single-coil pickups, which together give a light, resonant guitar with a bright, articulate and slightly hollow tone and a tendency to feedback when played loud. Its double-cutaway body with a long neck joint provides good access to the upper frets. The model was made for many years in several versions and is associated with blues and rock players who value the sound of a hollow guitar with single coils.
