Marshall BB-2 Bluesbreaker II
The Marshall BB-2 Bluesbreaker II is a compact overdrive pedal from the company's modern effects range. It offers level, tone and gain controls together with a switch that selects between a milder, bluesy drive and a hotter boost setting, and it is designed to add the kind of break-up associated with a valve amplifier at moderate volume, or to push an already driven amplifier further. Instruments of this kind are part of Marshall's output of pedals sold alongside its amplifiers, and they follow the design approach of the earlier British-made units.
