Marshall Bluesbreaker
The Marshall Bluesbreaker is the amplifier combo from the early 1960s known by its model numbers 1961 and 1962, a pair of two-channel valve combos in different speaker arrangements: a version with two ten-inch speakers and a version with two twelve-inch speakers. It was one of Marshall's earliest products, and it became famous through its use by Eric Clapton with John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, whose record of the period gave the amplifier its nickname. Its moderate power and full, warm break-up made it the model for a generation of British valve amplifiers.
