Ovation UKII
The Ovation UKII is an electric guitar from the company's 1970s output, part of the series of unconventional solid bodies it produced during that decade. It follows the same approach as the Breadwinner and Deacon in using a distinctly shaped body and the company's own pickups and control arrangements, and it was offered in a relatively slim form suited to the rock market of the period. Ovation's electric guitars of that era did not achieve the success of its acoustic instruments, and they were discontinued, which makes them relatively uncommon today.
