Yamaha CS series
The Yamaha CS series is the family of analogue synthesizers the company produced from the middle of the 1970s into the 1980s. The instruments generate their sounds with analogue oscillators, filters and amplifiers, and they range from small monophonic models with a single voice to large polyphonic instruments with several keyboards and extensive modulation arrangements. The series includes some of the most admired analogue synthesizers ever made, and instruments from it are used today both by players of electronic music and by those who want the particular tone of the period.
