amp · tube combo
Classic 30
Peavey's EL84 tube combo, introduced in 1990 and long used as a gigging amp.
Why it matters
It is the EL84 combo in Peavey's current range, where the 5150/6505 and JSX/Triple XXX are high-gain heads and the Bandit is solid state. It has been in the line since 1990.
Note
The EL84 gigging standard.
