Why it matters
KoAloha builds its koa instruments in Kaka'ako and publishes list prices rather than leaving pricing entirely to dealers, so the figure recorded here is the company's own. Koa is Hawaii's native acacia, and it is the main reason these instruments sit well above imported ukuleles on price. A soprano at this level is usually a considered purchase, often a second or third ukulele for a player who already knows the size suits them.
Note
Honolulu-made koa soprano known for volume and a bright, forward voice. Unibrace top bracing.

Before you buy
- Soprano is the smallest size, so confirm it fits the music before committing
- Koa varies in figure and colour between individual instruments
- Hawaiian-made ukuleles hold value but sell more slowly than imports
