A 100-watt reissue of the original two-channel Dual Rectifier, built to '90s specification with a Variac switch and a channel clone selector.
Watch
Baritone Goat Studio's clips run the reissue through high-gain settings, which is the quickest way to hear whether the '90s voicing is the one you are after.
Why it matters
It keeps the five-12AX7, four-6L6 and twin-5U4 rectifier layout, with a switchable tube or silicon rectifier and a channel clone switch. Each channel still offers Red, Orange and Green modes, so the amp covers the high-gain sound it is known for as well as cleaner settings. Gibson-era Mesa/Boogie launched the reissue at NAMM 2025.
Note
Gibson-era Mesa/Boogie resurrected the original two-channel '90s-spec Dual Rectifier at NAMM 2025 with upgraded cleans, a Variac switch and a channel clone selector. Five 12AX7s, four 6L6s and two 5U4 rectifiers recreate the high-gain tone that defined 1990s metal.
