Why it matters
Suhr built its reputation on fretwork and electronics consistency, and the Standard line is where that meets a familiar double-cut outline. Most instruments are custom-ordered, so two guitars with the same name can differ substantially under the finish. Pricing puts them in boutique territory, where the comparison is with small-shop builders rather than factory output.
