Why it matters
Caparison is a small Japanese maker whose guitars are built in limited numbers and sold through a narrow dealer network. The Horus is one of its longest-running shapes: a smaller body than a typical superstrat, with a neck suited to wide stretches and quick position changes. It sits in the same conversation as other high-end Japanese builds, at prices well beyond the mass-produced metal guitars.
Note
The compact double-cutaway metal machine.
