Watch
John Mayer France's clip shows Mayer playing the plug-in in the studio, Neural DSP's own clip has Joey Landreth demonstrating presets, and Ooberific dials in the "Slow Dancing In A Burning Room" tone.
Why it matters
It models a 1964 Fender Vibroverb, a Dumble Steel String Singer #002 and a Two-Rock Signature #83, and adds cab sims, a Doubler, a Transposer and a tuner, with a Three-in-One Amp blend mode. Released on 17 December 2025, it is Neural DSP's highest-profile Archetype so far, and version 1.1.0 in June 2026 added 14 more Mayer presets, selectable room sizes and undo/redo. It runs as VST2, VST3, AU or AAX and standalone on macOS (Apple Silicon native) and Windows, as a perpetual licence that needs a free iLok account.
Note
