capo

Kyser Quick-Change

Kyser's Quick-Change capo — the spring-loaded standard, in production since the 1970s.

Why it matters

The name is the feature: a capo you move between frets quickly, without re-clamping by hand. It dates to the 1970s and is still the reference point for spring capos.

Note

The spring capo standard.
