Why it matters
Bacchus instruments are made for the Japanese home market, so they rarely carry an export list price and reach other countries mainly through secondhand channels. The Woodline basses are the most familiar part of the range, with the Handmade Japan guitars above the standard production models. Buyers outside Japan deal with import costs and limited parts support.
Note
Deviser's handcrafted line; the Woodline basses are value classics.
