Why it matters
American Professional II is the series most buyers mean when they want a US-made Fender without going to the Custom Shop. It uses the V-Mod II pickups, a reshaped neck heel and a revised tremolo, all small changes that affect how the guitars feel to play. It sits between the Mexican-built Player series and the American Ultra models.
Note
Flagship US production line with V-Mod II pickups, revised neck heel and trem.
