Why it matters

The Gold Label Collection is Taylor's move toward traditional pre-war dreadnought tone, and the 710e gets there with a torrefied spruce top over Indian rosewood and a body that is deeper than a standard square-shoulder dreadnought. The neck is Neo-Tropical mahogany with Taylor's Standard Carve, 20 frets and a 25.5 in scale. Electronics are the L.R. Baggs VTC Element system.
