Why it matters
The Warlock became the visual shorthand for 1980s metal and is still sold in Legacy and cheaper versions with different hardware and finishes. Because the outline is polarising, it tends to be a deliberate purchase rather than a general-purpose guitar. Buyers usually choose between hardtail and tremolo versions and between the standard and Legacy tiers.
Note
THE 80s metal silhouette; NJ and Bronze tiers.
Specifications
- Scale length: 647.7 mm (25.5 in)
- Neck shape: unknown
Before you buy
- the outline will not fit a standard case or gig bag
- Legacy and lower tiers differ in hardware and construction
- the long pointed horns make strap balance worth checking in person
