Why it matters
39 guitar amps, 18 bass amps and 125 modelled pedals come with it, so a guitar part can be recorded and finished without buying a separate plugin suite. It is the same DAW engine as Studio One Pro, with notation, Chord Assistant and audio-to-MIDI conversion for writing. A free Fender Studio app covers 8 tracks, 16 with registration, which is enough to try the workflow first.

In 2025 Fender rebranded PreSonus Studio One Pro as Fender Studio Pro 8 and loaded it with Fender's own amp and pedal models, making it the first DAW built around the guitar. Pricing is $199.99 perpetual or $19.99/month, with the simpler Fender Studio app free on every platform.
