Why it matters
Classic Vibe is Squier's vintage-styled tier, and the '50s Stratocaster is one of the models that defines it. Fender lists it at $499.99, with a pine body, a maple neck and fingerboard and three single-coil pickups. It sits between Squier's cheaper Affinity models and Fender's Mexican-built Player II range.
Note
The archetype Classic Vibe: 50s tint maple, alnico V singles.
