Why it matters
This EC-1000 is one of 14 new LTD Deluxe 1000-series models ESP showed at NAMM 2026. The pickups are ESP-exclusive Seymour Duncan Mortal Coil three-voice active humbuckers with push/pull voice switching, and the hardware is a TonePros locking TOM bridge and tailpiece. The body is mahogany with a maple cap on set-thru construction, with a 24.75-inch scale and extra-jumbo stainless steel frets. It is listed at $1,399 as of September 2026; Sweetwater also lists EMG ($1,099) and Fishman Fluence ($1,499) versions of the EC-1000.
