PACP11 Pacifica SC Professional

Yamaha's Japan-built T-style flagship, with Reflectone pickups developed with Rupert Neve Designs, at $2,199.

Watch

Guitar Bonedo filmed the Pacifica SC at NAMM 2026, and Danish Pete's video compares the SC models so you can hear where the Professional sits in the range.

Why it matters

It is Yamaha's Japan-built flagship of the Pacifica SC line, with an S-H Reflectone pickup set and a Focus switch. The two-piece alder body uses Acoustic Design chambering and an I.R.A. treatment, which Yamaha uses to increase resonance and sustain. Hardware includes Gotoh locking tuners, a compensated 3-saddle brass bridge and 22 medium-jumbo stainless steel frets on a compound-radius fingerboard.
